History
Brian Clinton was born in Rockville, MD, near Washington D.C. He left his hometown to pursue a bachelors degree in Psychology. He followed that degree up with a Masters degree in Professional Counseling. During the course of his studies, he learned about trauma therapy and the research that explained how the brain changes when someone experiences a traumatic incident. Ever since, his focus has been on looking at mental wellbeing through the lens of trauma and how neuroplasticity leaves open the possibility for survivors of trauma to recover and thrive.
Brian began his private practice after finishing his degree. Now, with a decade of experience, he is still growing and sharing with other practitioners the things he has learned. Brian was supervised by Courtney Armstrong during his pre-licensure phase and has continued to learn from her and help coach in her trainings.
